The Story

Most founders don't have a visibility problem. They have an authority problem.

For over a decade I've worked with founders, operators, and category builders who are good at what they do and still not the ones getting picked. The marketing is producing content. The content isn't producing recognition. They show up. The rooms don't know who they are. AI doesn't recommend them. Referrals come from the wrong circles.

The fix isn't more content. It's not a new platform. It's not better captions. The fix is upstream of all of that. It's in the positioning underneath the marketing.

That's the gap I close.

I rebuilt this consultancy from a sickbed.

In 2017, one week after my 36th birthday and six months after marrying the love of my life, I was diagnosed with stage three triple-positive breast cancer. Between rounds of chemo and radiation, I started rebuilding the business I had. I made one promise to myself. If I survived, I'd stop waiting for the perfect moment. I'd help other founders stop waiting too.
